In order to speed up the process and avoid delays, everyone who can should either phone in or email the events they wish to do anytime on Tuesday or up until 3:30 pm on the day of the meet. This gives the staff a chance to get the paperwork ready in time for 6 pm start.
If you email please make sure you receive a response back. Do not just assume that we have received your email. Please put TWILIGHT REGISTRATION in the subject line. Make sure your name, club affiliation, year of birth, and the events you wish to do are clearly marked in your email.
Competition Time - 6:00 p.m.
Place - Pearlgate Track and Field Complex, Mount Pearl
Cost - $1.00 per event; maximum of 3 events per meet.
Plus, there will be $1.00 One Day Registration fee for non-NLAA competitive members.
Please note that 2007 NLAA Road Running Members are NOT required to upgrade their membership or to buy One Day NLAA Registration to participate.
Relays (Last event) - No cost, but athletes must have registered and competed in an event for that evening. (Relays are will take place depending on numbers registered and time constraints)
- The meets will be held on Wednesday evenings.
- There will be a maximum of eight (8) meets. Should one be cancelled because of weather; it will be rescheduled. (Keep checking this page for updates)
- Plaques will be awarded to the top three performers, male and female, in each category.
- Athletes must compete in a minimum of four (4) meets to qualify for awards.
- The Hammer Throw, Pole Vault, Triple Jump and Hurdle events can be done upon request made 7 days in advance. Any athlete interested in these four events, please contact the Pearlgate office at 748-1012.
